Who we are
ORSTYDE is a service of Perpetua Group LLC (Wyoming, United States — registered office 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801). We turn regulatory requirements into verified, traceable answers for the people and systems that have to certify a product.
Our messages are signed “ORSTYDE — operated by Perpetua Group LLC” and come from the ORSTYDE RFQ Desk. If a message claiming to be us comes from anywhere else, it is not us.
We are not an accreditation body, a notified body or a certification body, and we are not affiliated with any authority whose registers we cite.
Why you, specifically
Because an official register — an FCC recognition, an accreditation scope, an equivalent public source — lists your site as qualified for the tests concerned. The request we sent records that reason and the exact register entries behind it.
If that qualification is wrong or out of date, tell us: we correct what we hold and keep the correction traceable.
What we do with your answer
- Your price is recorded as what you declared, with the document you sent, and is used to answer the buyer who asked.
- Your prices are never published individually, and never shown to another supplier.
- Any anonymous market figure requires at least three quotes from three different suppliers, and names nobody.
- A turnaround you announce is recorded as a declaration, not as a fact about your performance.
What we store about you
- Public professional facts from official registers, with the source and its date.
- A generic role mailbox only (sales@, info@, rfq@…) with the page it was read from. Named personal addresses are refused by the software.
- Your answers and the documents they came from, kept private.
Not interested? One line is enough.
Write to rfq@orstyde.com and we remove your contact address and stop writing. You do not have to justify it, and it costs you nothing to say no.
Removing your contact address does not erase the public accreditation facts that official registers publish about your laboratory: those come from the registers, and you can ask the register itself to correct them.
